PRESS RELEASE TEMPLATES
Here you
will find templates for different categories of press releases. Just
replace your information with the text shown in blue. A few things to
keep in mind when e-mailing a release:
DON'T
send a release as an attachment. Paste it directly in the body of the
e-mail.
DO
send releases as plain text, not HTML.
DON'T
forget to include your website address.
DO
double check the "To:" field before pressing "Send." If you are mailing
to multiple addresses or from a "group send" list, make certain you've
used the blind copy (BCC) function of your e-mail program. You can place
your own e-mail address in the required "To:" field.
DON'T
expect your release to be picked up by everyone on your send list.
