FORMAT FOR A FEATURE ARTICLE AND
SAMPLE E-MAIL MESSAGE TO EDITOR
When preparing your manuscript to send to
an editor, use the following format in Word, using a 12 point, Times New
Roman font. You can then attach the article as a Word document to an
e-mail you send to the editor:

Contact Name: (Author or another person who can answer questions about
the article)

E-mail: Contact person's e-mail address

By (Name of Author and Title)
Begin text here, per following example:

Here's an example of the type of message
you might want to state in your e-mail:
Dear Editor,
I am enclosing an article on
corrosion testing for fasteners for possible inclusion in your next
edition of (magazine name). I thought it might be suited for your

It includes several tips that I
am sure would be of interest to your readers.
Thank you for your
consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
