E-MAIL GUIDELINES/TEMPLATE

Keep e-mail messages brief; avoid photos and graphics in the body of the
message.

For more detailed information, consider including a unique web page on
your site and placing the link in you e-mail message (see below).
3.
Check with your IT department before sending out multiple e-mails to
avoid being regarded as a "spammer."
4.
Allow customers to opt out of future e-mails (See message below).
5.
Double check the "To:" field before pressing "Send." If you are mailing
to multiple addresses or from a "group send" list, make certain you've
used the blind copy (BCC) function of your e-mail program. You can place
your own e-mail address in the required "To:" field.
